VeriSM Professional – Service Management for the digital age!20th March, 2018
After a successful 1st publication launch in November 2017, a tour of conferences across many countries across the globe, the launch of a suite of professional training certified by EXIN, APMG, and BCS it was announced in January that work had started on a 2nd VeriSM publication.
This book VeriSM Professional focuses on the “how” of the service management approach. The practicalities of building a culture of flexibility and how VeriSM will be used in organisation in the real world.
Lead authors were announced as the well respected industry experts Suzanne Van Hove from the US and Johann Botha based in South Africa.
There is a team of over 70 contributors, authors and reviewers globally from a wide range of industry backgrounds presenting a varied demographic which will help deliver a truly valuable text.
We are delighted to have been asked to contribute again to the 2nd book. Sourcing is a key function in any business and as businesses go through digital transformation, the people within our organisations are at the front line of delivering business success as much as any technology.
Penny Emmett Director at Cranford “ As a leading supplier of people into the service management industry we need to track sourcing trends to enable us to deliver for our clients. Being on the coal face of this process allows us to be able to commentate on the industry with key points and real world examples. We are delighted to be recognised as a industry leading voice within the sector.”
David Bentley concluded “ With our business roots in service management we were honoured to have contributed to the 1st VeriSM publication. It introduces many of the key principles for successful outcomes into the whole organisational structure not just the traditional IT department. We can’t wait to see what the talented author team produce next.
You can keep up to date with the latest on VeriSM on their website.
