This 10 module course is divided into lessons that are easy to understand and get to grips with and requires 30 hours of mandatory study and 12 hours self-study with the Service Design and Service Strategy core volumes is recommended.
Delegates must hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL V3 or later, or ITIL V2 + the V2-V3 Foundation Bridge) and 30 hours of study via an accredited training solution – confirmed by your course completion certificate.
Vouchers for the exam are sold separately. The exam will last 90 minutes and is multiple choice based questions and closed book. The exam will be delivered online, webcam proctored. Exam pass mark is 70% (28/40 marks across 8 questions) and is the value of 4 ITIL credits.
