ITIL® Service Design

This course is aimed at those who manage and implement ITIL processes and covers principles and processes which allow service providers to create services that meet the needs of the business not only for now but in the future.

You can study online with the choice of 90 or 150 days access and will receive tutor support throughout the course. With 19 lessons, study duration includes 21 hours of mandatory study and 21 hours of self-study with the Service Design core volume being recommended.

You will learn about the Service Design principles and processes including Service Catalogue Management, Capacity Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Design Coordination, Implementing and improving Service Design and Challenges, critical success factors and risks

Pre-requisites

You must hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL V3 or later, or ITIL V2 + the V2-V3 Foundation Bridge) and 21 hours of study via an accredited training solution – confirmed by your course completion certificate.

Exam Details

If you wish to sit this exam, the vouchers are sold separately. The exam will last 90 minutes and is a closed book, multiple choice based exam. The pass mark is 70% or above which is 28/40 marks across 8 questions. The value of the exam is 3 ITIL credits. The exam will be delivered online, webcam proctored.
