The course is spread out over 8 Modules and is 30 hours of mandatory study plus 12 hours self-study with the Service Design and Service Strategy core volumes is recommended.
Delegates must hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL V3 or later, or ITIL V2 + the V2-V3 Foundation Bridge) and 30 hours of study via an accredited training solution – confirmed by your course completion certificate.

The duration of the exam is 90 minutes and is in the format of closed book, multiple choice. The pass mark is 70% (28/40 marks across 8 questions) and is the value of 4 ITIL credits. The exam will be delivered online, webcam proctored.
